RETURNS:

GUARANTEE:

SHIPMENTS:

Peninsula and Balearic Islands:

All our shipments are made by urgent transport agency. The delivery will be made in a period of between 3 and 7 days. The delivery will be made at the agreed address, from Monday to Friday (not holidays), from 10 to 19 hours.

Except for special promotions, shipping costs are borne by the customer. The shipping cost will be € 7 for Peninsula and Balearic Islands.

When confirming the purchase, the user will receive an automatic response confirming the purchase, with an order number.

Subsequently, we will send an e-mail to the user informing of the delivery of the warehouse order.
